For our customer, a well-known Italian shoe manufacturer on a high price level with the best reputation, we are looking for the above mentioned candidate.
The worldwide acting company with focus on fashionable men and women shoes is expanding the footwear section. Location would be in Northern Italy directly in the HQ.
The ideal candidate will manage the women shoes, from planning to sales.
He/she will bring the products to success and will be responsible for a small crew of 3-4 people. And last but not least you are reporting directly to the owners.
Your Profile
You have a bachelor degree in marketing or economy
· You have a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the fashion sector
· You are experienced in women shoes
· You know the market very well
· You can calculate costs and you know about the production of shoes
· You can work self-motivated
· You can motivate your team
· You have excellent interpersonal skills and you can solve problem easily
· You are able to articulate clear the company goals and objectives
· Your English is excellent, Italian is a must
· You have the ability to travel quite often
