Organisers of MOMAD, Salón Internacional de Moda, Calzado y Accesorios – the International Fashion, Footwear and Accessories Trade Show – are gearing up for the next edition on 13 to 15 September this year.

The data gathered from the last survey carried out after last February’s edition confirm that 92.9 per cent of visitors to the last edition will attend the next show in September, ensuring an attractive number of trade professionals in view of the success achieved by the exhibiting firms.

Based on this, expectations for MOMAD are excellent, the organisers – IFEMA MADRID – said. Since the end of the 1970s, when the fair began, MOMAD has positioned itself as an unmissable international B2B event for fashion industry professionals. The enormous range of brands, over 300 in fact, makes the trade fair an essential that transforms brands into businesses.

As a result, the show brings in a highly diverse profile of visitors from 59 countries around the world, accounting 16 per cent of international buyers attending, whose profiles are mainly boutique owners, online stores, shoe stores, designers, agents and sales representatives, chain stores, department stores and concept stores.

In addition, the fair has the collaboration of its 27 international branches working in the countries where the fair wants to maintain or grow its business.
